How long have you been a Wedding Planner?

Ever since I was a little girl, I loved weddings! I was that teenager at home on a Friday night with a stack of wedding magazines clipping pages with ideas that stood out. Little did I know, it would someday be my calling.

I entered the wedding industry in 2012 and became a Certified Wedding Planner in early 2013. Since making the decision to leave my corporate event planning job behind, I have made a name for myself and am now one of the most creative up and coming wedding designers in the Bay Area. Prior to becoming a wedding planner, I planned Corporate Events for 8 years and wanted the experience to be more personal. Which is why I decided to follow my passion and become a Certified Wedding and Event Planner.

At what point in our planning process should we hire you?

We say “the sooner, the better!”. We love to be involved in all aspects of your event and can often give great insight when booking vendors, choosing an event venue, tying down a cohesive design and so on. If you’ve planned most of the event yourself, it’s not too late to have a professional come in and tie all the loose ends. Our Month Of Coordination Package allows you to relax the last month leading up to your event while we take care of managing vendors and set up / breakdown.

Does hiring you mean we give up all of our creative freedom?

Our answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT! You’re our inspiration. Any ideas, visions or dreams you have for your event will only be executed through us. We work hand in hand with you to make sure you are heard and the design interprets your own signature style. We simple enhance all of your creative efforts and make sure your ideas are carried out in a creative and sensible manner.

What is the craziest thing that has happened to you at an event and how did you handle it?

Creative Flow Company works tons of events every year both alone and alongside other companies. What this gives us is TONS of experience on how to handle sticky situations. From vendors not showing up to design disasters, we always remain calm and collected while finding the best solution.

Do you only plan weddings?

Our passion for events only begins with weddings! We are available to plan and design any and every event imaginable. Whether it be a wedding, fashion show, new product launch, corporate event, gala, birthday party or baby shower, we do it all! We also travel worldwide for events!
