Isn’t it so magical to think, “With all the stars in the sky, somehow I found you?” Couples have been looking to the stars when it comes to love for years. Whether it be to wish upon a star to bring you one of your dreams or to find out if you and your new love are a good zodiac match, the magic of the stars has always been there to lend a helping hand. Love is written in the sky… And that, friends, is the inspiration behind today’s wedding vision from Jasmine Lee Photography, Nancy Liu Chin, Creative Flow Company, Aimee Makeup & Hair Design, and a whole slew of other talented wedding pros!

The vision behind this design was inspired by the harmony of the sky, the moon, and the stars. To create a beautiful contrast we combined muted mauves and purple tones with the boldness of black. The hand-painted circular menus paid homage to the moon, and the wonderful cake with gold accents represented shooting stars. The abundance of blooms, the gorgeous tulle gown, and the whimsical script used throughout the details created the right amount of romance. Sometimes it does require you to wish upon a star but when true love finally finds you, all you can say is “You are my sun, my moon, and all my stars”… e.e. cummings
